The primary use is a Bag of Holding (15 lb encumbrance, 500 lb capacity).

If the bag is sealed with the command word “Bloq” then it will act as though it has a Hold Portal spell cast at 10th level. If the bag is forced open by damage it will be destroyed. The command word remove the Hold is “Degag”.

If rope is stored in the bag, once per day you can pull out a rope that will act as Rope Trick (10th level)
